Guarantee handling

The minimum warranty time of Handy Tech products is two years. During this period exchange units for the time of repair are free of charge.

In the case of warranty, please send the device in the original packaging alongside a detailed description of the problems you encountered to your local dealer. Your dealer will send you a letter of confirmation and take care that the repair is carried out as quickly as possible.
