The following hard- and software components are necessary to run ZoomText 10:
- Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP (SP2 or later)
- 1.5 GHz für Windows 7 and Windows Vista
- 1 GHz Pentium® 4 or equivalent for Windows XP
- 1 GB RAM using Windows 7 and Windows Vista (2GB recommended)
- 512 MB RAM using Windows XP (1 GB recommended)
- 50 MB free hard disk storage (additionally 60 MB required for each NeoSpeech voice output)
- USB 2.0 (for Webcam support when using the ZoomText camera)
- Soundcard

The next update in the ZoomText 10 cycle is here. The reading support in IE8 as well as support in a range of areas when using OpenOffice were improved.
- Improved support of Java applications
- Internet Explorer 8 now runs faster and more accurate under ZoomText 10.
- Enhanced cursor tracking with OpenOffice Applications
- Improved AppReader functionality within Open Office
The update is free for all licensed ZoomText 10 users. Simply download the improvements within ZoomText via the update button.
If you do not use ZoomText 10 yet, but would like to test the latest version, simply download the 60 day trial version of Zoomtext 10.

The demo-version of Window-Eyes is your opportunity to explore the possibilities of this screen reader and to try it with your favorite programs.
The Window-Eyes demo-version is subject to the following restrictions:
- includes German, only. However, running any other SAPI language installed on your PC, should not cause any problems.
- The demo-version of Window-Eyes is time-limited to 30 minutes. To continue working with Window-Eyes you will have to re-boot your computer.

The latest version 5.30.2 is a free upgrade for all those, whose license is dated later than November 13th 2007. All mobile phones, running with Talks 4.x, can be upgraded to this new version. The restriction of Zooms, only running on 3rd and 5th edition devices, continues to be in place.
